Overview
The Gateway at London Gatwick Airport North Terminal is a pay-in lounge operated by British operator No.1 Traveller and co-branded with easyJet.

Formerly known as “My Lounge”, the club was originally designed for Premium Economy passengers traveling with low-cost carrier Norwegian. It closed down when Norwegian phased out its long-haul operations, and was re-activated in October 2021 in partnership with easyJet. Despite the new branding, the decor and amenities have not changed.

The Gateway features a casual décor with sofas, a TV den, and a game room equipped with a PlayStation and foosball table. Guests will find a selection of complimentary snacks and hot and cold entrees, as well as a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

easyJet FLEXIfare customers customers receive complimentary access (on a trial basis, through the end of 2022), while all other easyJet customers can pre-book access to the lounge for “priority” access.

The Gateway is also open to all other passengers, regardless of airline, destination, or class or service. Book online at no1lounges.com, or walk in and purchase access at the door.

    Comfortable, open plan, several pleasant features including a library area. Small selection of hot dishes. However, the lounge is becoming popular and on my last visit the queue for hot food was simply too long for me to eat within the time I had, which also has a detrimental effect on the service.

    Simple salad bar with soup always available, plus a small range of hot dishes which varies depending on he time of day. Small servings but decent quality for a lounge of this kind. The small menu becomes monotonous after the second visit but fortunately they had changed the menu before my last visit.
