One of worst service by oasis lounge they refuse to accept my kotak royal signature card and hdfc milleniu debit card for lounge access . In his website Clearly written we accept all card
4th of November I was travelling to goa with my colleagues. We were early to the aioort and hence I decided to access the lounge since I had the regalia card. The girl at the entry is one of the most hopeless staff I have ever seen. I was at the lounge took an entry with my Regalia card was told that food and alcohol are complimentary, as soon As my flight was called I got up and started to walk towards the exit. Then man from the bar shouts to pay the bill, after asking he gives me a bill of INR 4800 for alcohol. I told them that I was not told about it being chargeable and ask to call the girl at the reception. She very firmly refused on my face stating that she informed. I called my friends from down who were present with me during the entry to reconfirm if she said or not . Mean while I see the girl talk to the bartender ‘Kitna bill hai, bartender replied 4800 and she gave a big hiccup and asked him to save her ass to not get her paid. My friends came and confirmed that she had not informed. Meanwhile the manager and other staf came and started pouncing on us by saying the now dare you guys get to board the flight . I just paid the bill and walked off. Is this how Mumbai airport is? Heart breaking. We saw the girl thanking her team to save her .
