Pathetic lounge ever seen . Even the people working here behaves very rudely not worth visiting at all
Paahun Executive lounge @ Srinagar is like a Municipality food provider in the name of Lounge!!
Have been in this lounge on Oct 23 where the you had just one Veg and one Non-veg option that too rice which is also half cooked!!
The Airport authorities should check their food quality and ban such service providers who cannot maintain the food quality!!

Then after gaining access to the lounge, the staff greets you with the most unprofessional behaviour. They ask you for the receipt (which you received while entering the lounge) every 15 minutes. On top of that, the food quality was just as pathetic, plus only things available were sandwich and cookies.
In the nutshell, save the precious lounge visit of your card and don’t go. very bad exepriance not worth gor 850 charges
Terrible experience @800₹ per pax. Not sing le dish was up to mark even Coffee or juice.

I was flying from Srinagar to Delhi. We 3 persons paid at Paahun lounge and ate. The food caused stomach upset and pain to all 3 of us. Lounge not sensitive to passenger health.

Bro, tell me frankly what made you to write variety when this word variety itself will feel ashamed to see the food at Paahun. Not even a packaged water is available there. Loose water is served there. Only one person managing from waiter to dishwasher to cook to clean as well. Hats off to Paahun for making a single person versatile.

Very poor quality of food
From the extremely rude staff at the door (two females, one of whom told me that maximium stay is one hour (it says two on the website)) to the very unappetising food available it is bad, the seating extremely uncomfortable. It is cleaner since my last visit which is something I guess, perhaps because the airport was closed yesterday due to snow.
Worst ever lounge in India….. We reached the lounge at 10:50 AM on 31st Dec 2022,
No drinks were available and infact the food tray were empty and when we asked the staff they replied that its finish and now they will start serving after 1 PM.

Very horrible! Not worth to avail this service. Unhygienic set up, with limited food options and low quality offerings. Poor management, infact would say no service.

Wish I can complain them in consumer protection. Thay charged almost rs900 and is not worth even 10% of it. Wi-Fi does not work, food items does not fit replanaish. In the name of food it’s just rice and some okish gravy. Ask ppl to getup to accommodate since they take in more ppl in. Feels kind of a scam.
