Overall ratings
Worst ever lounge. Absolutely filthy. Toilets disgusting. Stay in the general area for a cleaner, tastier and more enjoyable experience
Terrible, unprofessional, they treat you as if you owe them money.
This is the worse lounge I have ever been too. The outside common area was better than the lounge. The food is mediocre. It reminds me of frozen food from the grocery store. That’s not going to cook. The drinks are limited. They only had a couple options and it seems like they moving into with the group. Somebody have to serve all trades to you even the non-alcoholic ones. The laundry is overcrowded. The chairs were pretty much same is the options that they had outside. The bathrooms cause for dirty was peeling off the maximum ground. Had to wait an extremely long time to even get in the lounge. And there was only two parties ahead of me. About 30 minutes. Worst lounge I ever been to!
Worst lounge I have ever been to. Included alcoholic drinks limited to one with additional drinks charged at €7 each. Reception staff were rude. Food was very poor in choice and quantity. Facilities basic. No view of aircraft gates or runway to help pass the time
Nothing special at all. 1 alcoholic drink per person – wine, prosecco or beer, but ran out of beer. Had a tiny glas of prosecco instead. Buffet okayish, but cordoned off with a person putting your food on your plate. Will try to NOT come back here.
Update 5 minutes later. A second glass of alcohol is not available. Not even to purchase because of airport regulations. When asking for a reason one is just being ignored. Never experienced something like this. Now a definite NEVER AGAIN
Cannot agree with the reviews here.
Sure: The buffet is very basic and offers a few types of different breads, salumi and cheese. Two or three types of salad and some sweets. Also a few main courses (mostly pasta, but also grilled vegetables and chicken nuggets).
Regarding the drinks: Excellent coffees available prepared by baristas (you know, the guys who know how to make a coffee), some soft drinks (Cola, Coke Zero, Fanta), water (sparkling and non-sparkling). Also: Wine (Red and White), Prosecco and Beer (Peroni and Nastro Azzuro by Peroni).
Since I don’t drink wine or Secco I cannot judge those, but I got two bottles of beer without problems. A voucher is not needed to ask for alcoholic drinks like written on some comments in the web.
Regarding the seating area: Pretty full but more spacious than the area outside of the lounge, seats comfortable and clean. The business area is quite little. I would wish for a more private atmosphere in the seating area though.
Bathroom is better than the common bathroom of that airport, but still man tend to pee everywhere but in the toilet (guys, you gotta aim) and there is only one shower. I didn’t want to pay additional ten euros for the shower service so I cannot judge it (10€ for Priority Pass Users).
At least: The staff is non-stop collecting glasses, plates and cleaning the floor. Though they could probably take more care of the bathroom, they do a quite good job.
