Bartender was really rude when we were here. He was on his phone most of the time, too.
They did have a selection of food that I'm sure was above average...

Overall ratings
Always friendly staff, helpful and professional. The lounge is spacious. This lounge serves well to the demand of people, they do not want to spend time between people in otherwise always crowded terminal 4. At least thats what I do. Sometimes, there is a line of people waiting to get in but if you look at any other Lounges in the T4, the line is even longer. I actually appreciate the waiting list, so I do not have to wait in a line and I can sit anywhere and wait till the sms arrives.
Thank you Primeclass, thank you staff for all you do, especially during holidays. Tomas
What an absolute dump! I’ve been to many lounges in my travels and this is the absolute worst by far. There was a 20 minute “wait-list” to get into the lounge (when there were a ton of open places to sit). Once we finally got in, the place was a filthy mess and the food was repulsive. It consisted of soggy sandwiches, containers of ramen, and some gross looking quinoa salad. There was a lot of packaged food, lays potato chips, and…that’s about it. There was garbage everywhere and the tables were filthy. This is an absolute mess and if I had paid instead of using the Priority Pass through my AmEx I would demand a refund.
Awful! Food worse than any outlet in the whole of terminal 4. Horrible packaged salads and soggy sandwiches, student like ramen pots and awful stale pre packaged cakes. Most of the charging points did not work and the decor dingy and depressing. Also no restrooms after paying 55$ is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs! Staff were very sweet, that is the only positive I can find!
I visited the lounge this afternoon with my wife and stepdaughter while waiting a few hours for our international connection. The service was excellent and the front desk hostess had a tough job due to lots of customers harassing her. She kept her cool, tried to explain the process for crowd control (we in fact had to wait around 30 minutes), but some people just berated her to the point of making her cry. I felt bad for her and thanked her as we left and told her that from what we saw she did everything right and fairly to accommodate people. The staff onsite were friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were certainly adequate. Shout out to the front desk hostess for doing just fine under pressure.
The lady at the reception was not courteous. The Lounge was spacious but there r no washroom😧 which is really unacceptable. There was hardly any variety to eat. Would not recommend anyone to visit this Lounge
