Sweet staff, fast wifi, ok beverage, and a nice place to spend long hours waiting for a delayed plane. But. The. Food. Was. Terrible! really dodgy and tasteless.
Unfortunately like all lounges on PMI it´s run by AENA, and probably has the food delivered by the same catering firm. I tried to go to Mediterráneo VIP Lounge instead but they had exactly the same dishes.
OK if you have access to PP by a credit card or something, but don’t pay for access…
What a rude staff. My experience with Valldemossa Lounge is horrible. I visited this place yesterday with my family. Using my Priority Pass for myself, I tried to issue a pass QA code in Revolut app for my wife. Due to some reason – I guess poor WiFi connection – I needed more time to do that. In the meantime, a lady at the desk was challenging me that she didn’t know what Revolut was. She was doing that all the time until she asked me to leave the desk to let other people check-in. In the meantime, she to the other lady that we had only 1 hour to a flight departure with visible amusement.
I’ve visited different lounges in different countries but never faced such a disappointing situation: insolence and lack of competence. I am going to issue a formal complaint, and I won’t hesitate to evaluate this visit in each possible space on the Internet.
I was shocked to find the Valldemosa Lounge looking something akin to a lounge from the Communist era. Thankfully the Stasi didn’t want to look at my papers! Compared to the Formentor Lounge which sits a long way from my usual gates at Palma, the Valldemosa is tired looking, depressing and not worth the money.
After getting used to the darkness of this facility it feels so comfortable that one could stay for hours. Staff was very helpful and very friendly
