The SAS business class lounge in Stockholm was a nice space in which to spend an hour before the flight. There were plenty of outlet spaces, although no USB...

Overall ratings
The WORST lounge I ever visited. Must wait 6 hours in this noisy, dusty and (more than) poorly fournished. Nothing to help any folk that flew 10 hours, while waiting for the next flight. Lounge crew ? Have you seen anyone ? Not me. I am seat there since 3 hours. Nobody came to, simply, remove the several glasses and plates I used to drink water and eat cheese/bread. You want some sweet ? They’ll, glady, offer you dry cookies that you can sell at the corner shop for a few cents.
Want to have a shower or have some rest ? FORGET !! Be glad if you find a mere seat not too close of a guy chatting over the phone like if he was alone at home…
When asking the SAS reps, why I can’t access an aisle of the lounge that looks more convenient, i am told that “you are not a Gold member”. Who cares you tired, exhausted and must wait 6 hours to the next flight ? Oups sorry ! Actually, the SAS lady told me that if I need rest, I should taken hotel room… see the poor level !
While I got a cool flight with an efficient business crew, this bad lounge experience makes me doubt that I will ever anymore flight with SAS. And do not advise anyone to flight with then if the trip needs a stop at Stockholm lounge! If you do… you’ll cry !!
Very basic lounge with limited food selection (breakfast: oat porrige, ham, boiled eggs, poor bread selection). No relax/sleep area, only regular chairs available with no possibility to lie or at least incline the chairs. No toiletries available as well. Limited selection of non-scandinavian newspappers & no journals. As every lounge better than nothing.
