Overall ratings
Small lounge, packed with chairs. Very basic food. Vegetarian hot food on request. Okay for a short while, especially when there not a lot of people inside.
We had a Thai airways flight with a Thai airways flight number TG2111 operated by Thai smile.They do not recognize star alliance gold membership in this case. Also, their machines could not read my priority pass card. So they just rejected us.Even speaking to a manager did not help. It is unacceptable that Thai airways does not honor star aliance gold of other members on their flights if those are operated by other airlines and reject clients if the lounges systems do not work.
