What a completely useless lounge. Super far away from gates, you have to walk extra far up 4 flights of stairs, extremely hidden. Took me about 20 minutes...

The best part about this club was that the bar was self serve. No judgy bartenders! However it was filthy. Crumbs everywhere, half drunken drinks, dirty...

Overall ratings
Although they have included a lot more food items recently, it is still quite bad. It is also not well maintained, trays are left unattended and you need to ask someone to fill them up again.
For the people that like to drink, the options seem quite good. The look and feel is also quite shabby, but maybe it’s due to the fact that Mexico is planning to build another international airport.
Typically United Lounge. Poor service, outdated design from the 80s, food selection not worth to mention (vegetable sticks and 3 kind of sandwiches), only beverages are quite ok, compared to US United lounges, because alcoholic beverages are for free and the lady at the reception was nice. There’s no privacy at the washroom, everybody above 1.80 m can see people sitting on the toilet. Instead, spend rather a few pesos for food at one of the shops outside. Lounge is only good for drinks and wifi if needed.
This is the best United lounge I have visited. I was here from 10:30 to 12 noon and saw both breakfast and lunch service and the selection for both was excellent.
