Overall ratings
Admiral Club lounges are by far poor service and amenities. The free wine is cheap stuff. The food? oh my god! it is terrible: over and over again the same low quality cheese and soup. The guacamole? gine a break! The carrots and apples. Can’t they realize we are all fed up with that, for several years the same?
Greeted by Edward at the front desk. He was very welcoming and polite.
The lounge itself is quite nice with plenty of seating in different areas, The main room offers great apron view and offers the food and beverages outlets – therefore it is the most crowded place. The other areas were quite empty.
Very, very basic selection of some cheap food stuff. Beverages can only be had at the bar – for the alcoholic ones you have to pay. International premium passengers and people with oneworld status get voucher for 2 drinks at the entrance.
Free WIFI, tv-area, business centre, restrooms and showers.
Worst service ever and when they finally noticed us…extremely rude! Glad I did not pay anything to be here!
Huge lounge with plenty of seating in many different rooms and areas. Quite crowded in the main lounge (where the bar is located), but much quiter than in the other rooms. Very nice apron view, especially from the main lounge.
Several self service stations with very limited and modest choice of breakfast items. Beverages can only be obtained at the bar. Soft drinks are for free, alcoholic drinks carry a hefty price tag. As a status customer you get 2 drink vouchers per person which you can redeem for alcohol or unopened bottles of water or soda to take with you on your trip.
There is free WIFI and a huge business centre. Very limited selection of newspapers and magazines, nice playroom for kids, flight information displays, charge station for mobile devices, restrooms and showers.
A nice lounge with great views and a solid range of amenities, if you don’t mind the crowds.
