Description
The British Airways Lounge at Chicago O’Hare International Airport welcomes Cathay Pacific and British Airways passengers. However, despite the official oneworld access rules, the staff does not grant access to American Airlines customers. Our experience when we attempted to visit with an American Airlines boarding pass reflected very poorly on British Airways.

Overall ratings
Hands down the worst lounge I have ever been in!
How BA haven’t been shamed into updating I have no idea – just dreadful.
BA – this lounge is an insult to your customers. There is nothing remotely first class about it. No power points. Not enough seating. A miserable place to wait for an aircraft.
useless and unfriendly personal on top
Worst lounge I have ever been in. I have used this a few times now and constantly find it poor. Poor seating, poor selection of foods and aweful selection of drinks, no Diet Coke or any sandwiches on my most recent visit.
This lounge provides for a very poor customer experience
Worn and torn. Not a charging port or plug to be found. Other than food and drink that is fee but very basic, this going is not worth it.
