Very very busy lounge, I think the flow could be set up a bit more efficiently once you get inside. Lovely friendly staff, comfortable chairs. Limited variety of food, but it tasted good and there were plenty of vegetarian options. Not a fan of the paper plates and plastic spoons. Clean bathrooms.
Best domestic lounge experience EVER! (July 2024). Opened 5:30am on the dot with a full staff with big welcomes and smiles to all tired travelers, helping us get in fast with very efficient scanners. Absolutely fantastic huge hot breakfast buffet! wished I hadn’t eaten during last stopover. LOTS AND LOTS of comfy seating of all types with lots of plugs at almost every seat! Lots of big flight status boards. Soothing background music. Thank you Delta ATL!
One of the absolute worst Sky Clubs I have ever been too near gate A17. Restrooms were dirty, and not cleaned AT ALL over the course of 5 hours I was there. The hot food warmers were broken on the first floor and a couple bags of chips were replaced every couple of hours. The top floor had hot food which was nice but very limited compared to last time. The bathrooms were absolutely abhorrent. it looked like a dirty club in NYC. Trash all over the floor, no soap, no paper towel. Gross
