Overview
Espaco Banco Safra (also known simply as “GRU Lounge”) opened in May 2021 as the re-incarnation of the now-defunct Star Alliance Lounge. Banco Safra took over the space—along with the design and all furnishings—and is now operating the club as a pay-in facilities for all travelers, regardless of airline or class of service. Most Star Alliance member airlines still use the lounge for their premium customers, despite the new ownership.
The club sports a bright and airy design, plenty of seating options, and power and USB outlets at every seat. The space overlooks the terminal’s atrium and the airfield beyond. A business center with wireless printing is available. Luxurious shower suites are available at an extra charge.
Members of popular lounge access programs such as Priority Pass are welcome outside peak hours (typically, between 11pm and 2am.)

Nice lounge
Terrible lounge. No any service. Very bad seat places. No any drinks except water. No any food except 2 sandwiches.
As a United Polaris customer I had access to the lounge . What a bad surprise when I wanted to get a shower and I was told to leave my boarding card against the shower key . That is a unjustifiable mistrust on the customer . Did not like that
This is a very common procedure at many airport lounges worldwide which has nothing to do with trust.
The food here has gone completely downhill in the las year. Such a shame they used to offer good food with a nice selection. They changed vendors and that was it.. food has been awful ever since.
