Operated by Airport Dimensions, a subsidiary of Collinson—the company behind the popular Priority Pass airport lounge access program—The Club SFO welcomes Priority Pass and LoungeKey members, as well as all passengers on a pay-in basis.
The Club SFO SFO design
Despite its “The Club” moniker, The Club SFO doesn’t feel like it belongs to the lineage of bland, run-of-the-mill “The Club” Lounges that dot the US. With the opening of the San Francisco location, Airport Dimensions went significantly up-market, and crafted a fresh and luminous signature lounge with a bespoke residential design and an expanded array of amenities.
Conceived by interior architecture firm Corgan, the decor of The Club SFO celebrates the state of California. The design incorporates natural materials, a relaxing color palette, and an elaborate lighting system which aim to evoke the scenery of the Golden state. Art by local artists complements the decor, including a mural depicting the Redwood Forest in the dining area.
Guests will find a variety of seating options including booths, recliners with ottomans, couches, dining tables, and traditional lounge seats, all with power points at arm’s length. Two features stand out: a dimly-lit relaxation room with cozy recliners, and a “micro-climate fireplace” that emulates a campfire.
The Club SFO SFO amenities
The lounge offers a substantial hot and cold food buffet, along with cooked-to-order options at peak hours. The menu has been entirely crafted with fresh, local ingredients. The wide-ranging selection goes way beyond what frequent flyers have come to expect from The Club. Highlights include a congee bar, carrot coconut curry, and southwest enchiladas. Beer, wine, and cocktails are complimentary. All wines hail from Northern California.
The Club SFO features a yoga and exercise room equipped with Lululemon virtual trainers and gym equipment. Yoga mats and towels are available.
Naturally, the lounge also offers shower suites for passengers who wish to freshen up after a workout or a flight.
Families will find a dedicated space outfitted with toys, games, and a large-screen TV. There is also a wellness room near the bathrooms.
The Club SFO SFO bottom line
The Club SFO is a wonderful addition to the San Francisco Airport lounge scene. So far, the only options for Priority Pass members (Air France Golden Gate Lounge, China Airlines Lounge, and Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse) were located in International Terminal A and infamous for turning members away due to chronic crowding.
The Club SFO offers an attractive alternative that has been designed with Priority Pass members in mind. Time will tell, however, how the lounge copes with demand. Visitors should expect to be placed on a waitlist at peak times, and the club is likely to lose some of its luster when it operates at capacity.

So glad to finally have a PP lounge in Terminal 1! Very spacious, lots of seats and power. Huge bar. Two coffee stations. Plus a generous buffet. Definitely an oasis in a very spartan terminal
