Visited 5pm on a Monday. Sign in front of the lounge said One-Time passes were not being accepted at the moment and front desk agent confirmed that it was too crowded to accept the pass included with my United card. She was polite and suggested I check back in 10 minutes. So I waited right there and sure enough there was a constant stream of people going in and out – agent barely had a moment to go upstairs to check if there were seats. After about 10 minutes there were a few of us waiting and crossing our fingers for access with one time passes, and we did indeed get in! WHEW because the terminal was incredibly crowded and loud.

Sure enough despite the spaciousness of the lounge the crowd level shifted back and forth between maybe 70-90% full. The layout was a bit tricky to navigate, bar and buffet very far apart and restrooms hidden away. View of the tarmac through floor to ceiling windows was nice.

Comfortable furniture, unremarkable but modern, with ample outlets at each seat. WiFi speed only OK.

Bar had so many premium selections that there was a printed menu. The bartenders were polite but so busy that they asked the waiting patrons to form a line instead of standing by a bar seat. Odd! But fine and the bartender gave a generous pour for a well drink.

Small buffet, some snacks, a soup, potato salad, small salad bar, charcuterie, cookies. Tasty, nothing remarkable.

Overall this lounge did the trick of being more restful and quiet than the terminal. Heard that the East lounge has not yet been renovated – yikes – this is a United hub airport, y’all! Would come here again the next time I am in this terminal at Denver but wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

  • Nothing outstanding, but a quiet place to work or relax with upgraded furniture.
