Lounge closed: The United Arrivals Lounge at San Francisco international airport closed permanently on December 1st, 2019, due to airport construction. United has not communicated a timeline for a possible re-opening of the lounge. As an alternative, arriving United Polaris customers who are connecting to a domestic or international flight may use the Polaris Lounge. Customers who are terminating in San Francisco cannot use the Polaris Lounge but may consider purchasing access to the Freshen Up! public showers located outside security in International Terminal G, near the G1-G14 security checkpoint.
